Biographical Text: Stone grave memorial featuring statue depicting Zane carrying a bag of gun power placed atop a large granite base. Metal plaque with text embedded in base.

The monument is located at the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Martins Ferry, OH. It memorializes the final resting place of Zane, and honors her as the heroine of Fort Henry. The monument was dedicated in 1928 by the school children of Martins Ferry, and its funding was sponsored by the North School principal, C.H. Kinney.
