Stone upright rectangular monument honoring Sampson. Bronze plaque featuring gold text and relief portrait placed on front.
The monument is located at the Rock Ridge Cemetery in Sharon, MA. It is placed not far from Sampson's site of burial in the Cemetery. The monument was erected in 1902 by the request of her grandson, George Washington Gay. It has remained there since, honoring Sampson for her bravery in the Revolutionary War.
