Bronze plaque with gold lettering and border.
The plaque is located in the New York Botanical Garden in The Bronx New York. It marks the location of the Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden. The garden was designed by Beatrix Farrand in 1916 and is dedicated to Rockefeller, who was a passionate horticulturalist. The garden was completed in 1988 and opened to the public for the first time in June of 1989.
