Bronze eight by eighteen inch plaque on concrete pedestal.
The plaque was made to memorialize Roberts, and was originally displayed in the Hotel Washington lobby. Roberts was the first white woman to be buried in Weiser Valley after passing away at the age of 18 during her travels through in a wagon train. Her burial site is located on a hill overlooking the valley Southeast of Cambridge.
In 1955 a concrete base was created for the marker which was relocated to just outside the Cambridge Museum, where it has resided since.
