The memorial is located in the downtown center of Salem Massachusetts. Nurse's is one of the twenty memorials featured in the large monument dedicated to the victims of the Salem Witch Trials. The monument was organized by the Salem Village Witchcraft Tercentennial Committee of Danvers, and was dedicated on August 5th, 1992.
