Rectangular stone grave marker of Lucy Parsons.
Parsons is buried in the Forest Home Cemetery, located in Forest Park Illinois. She spent her life advocating for the working class individuals of Chicago alongside her husband, Albert Parsons. After his death in 1887, she continued working as a labor advocate for half a decade. Parsons passed away in a house fire on International Women's Day in 1942.
