Bronze statue depicting Pariseau in a kneeled praying position, wearing traditional 19th century religious clothing and surrounded by building tools. Sits atop a stone base.
This statue is currently located in Emancipation Hall at the U.S. Capitol Visitor’s Center, where it was placed in 1980 as a remembrance of Pariseau’s work and dedication to her as a great American.
