Brick western style hotel.
William F. Cody (better known as Buffalo Bill) built the hotel in 1902 after establishing the town of Cody in Wyoming. He named this hotel after his youngest daughter, Irma Cody. The hotel was designed by Alfred Wilderson Woods, an architect from Lincoln, Nebraska. The Irma is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
