Wooden signage for the Sharlot Hall Museum denoting days and hours open.
Hall noted the need for a museum to highlight the history of Arizona. Therefore, in 1927 she began collecting artifacts and restoring the Territorial Governor’s residence. The “Gubernational Mansion Museum” opened in 1928.
In 1943, the museum was renamed after Hall following her death. Today the museum is open to the public throughout the week and features eleven exhibit buildings.
