This piece of art is currently located in the Colorado State Capitol Building and was created due to a project sponsored by the Ethnic Minority Council of the Colorado Centennial-Bicentennial Commission. This project aimed to memorialize those of minority ethnic groups who had had an impact on the history of the state through the creation of stained glass windows in the state capitol building. - Date Created
