- Kisa Iseri was one of nine Japanese individuals to receive cash reparations for internment in 1990 at age 102. Not much is known about her life, though she lived between Washington and Oregon after arriving in the United States in 1908, where she worked as a farm laborer. She had a husband, Matahichi and three sons, Carl, William, and Oscar. Iseri is memorialized at the White River Valley Museum in Washington in their 2003 White River Memories collection.
